1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 • in their original packaging
 • with all seals intact

3. Hygiene & Cosmetic Products
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed cosmetic products, unless they are faulty.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are entitled to:
 • a full refund, or
 • a replacement

We may request photos or video as proof.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs
 • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
 • Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
 • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs
